Curse

I have all three chapters plus GWEN, which chapter would allow me to build up my curses necro the best as in quick skill load up and level gain, I'm already thinking of factions cuz of the speedy level up and such, but I really like NF.

Factions would be the fastest (especially if you have an elite necro tome).

Factions = Faster Leveling, Flesh Golem,
NF = Lots of Hero's, Sunspear Skills, Jagged Bones, More profitable drops on the way.

IMO: Run on Nightfall, then go to EotN at 10 and level there with your hero's.

Nightfall to EoTN at 10. Factions is way too annoying without heroes to make things easier.

NF = quickest access to EoTN to level to lvl20, easiest of the +30 attribute quests and heroes to make life less stressful.

If you are wanting fast lvling, fac would be your #1 choice, but i make my chars based on looks so i picked nf. Nec elite tome would be faster in any campaigne*bad spelling* So i would say in conclusion make a char were you feel more comfertable and has the better lookin, in your opinion!

NF till lvl 10, then EOTN to Kilroy's dungeon until lvl 20 then breeze through whatever area you want.

You answered your own question. Have fun playing a campaign you want to play, not trying to get your char to 20.

If you have to be 20 - start in Kamadan, get a ferry to Kaineng, do the eotn quest, and travel to gunnar's. There you can do the kilroy dungeon until you're level 20.
